International Postage Rates
Our postage rates have all been calculated based on the costs provided by our postage and courier services. We always seek the fastest and most secure delivery service whilst seeking the most competitive price available. Standard guidance suggests it can take up to 3 weeks for international orders to be received but our experience suggests that it is often much quicker than this. Once we receive your order it will be dispatched within one working day. Please note: it is your responsibility to pay any customs or domestic duty charges incurred.
Possible Limitations to the Service
In some instances there may be limitations to the service we can offer for reasons beyond our control. This can include:
- Postage may need to be sent tracked or via courier due to a history of difficulties delivering to your region.
- Maximum order quantities may apply due to limitations on the type of packaging we are permitted to use when shipping your order. You can order as many times as you like, but where limits apply, these will have to be placed as separate orders to ensure you receive a secure delivery.
- In extremely rare cases, we may not be able to process your order because there is no secure delivery option from the UK.
