Shoppers cancel the order of the product before despatch.
Product is returned to us (at the cost of the customer) unopened, seal intact and in good condition. Shoppers have 7 days after delivery to return the product to us. This refund will be minus the cost of shipping to the customer. If the product is returned in an unsell-able condition we reserve the right not to refund the product.

All refunds will be issued from Kestrel and processed via the Worldpay system.
